By accessing or placing an order through Bhalo Food & Beverage, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products & Pricing

We strive to display product images and descriptions accurately. However, natural food products may vary slightly in colour, texture and taste. Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are subject to change without notice. Offers and discounts apply for the stated period only.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and cash on delivery where available. An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email.

4. Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery charges depend on your location and order value, shown at checkout. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may be affected by weather, holidays, or courier delays.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Perishable goods are exempt from return unless defective on arrival.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bhalo Food & Beverage is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the order placed.
